The Annual Pink & Blue Ribbon Foundation Gala is the primary fundraiser for the organization.

Join us for an evening of refreshments, dinner, entertainment, exciting prizes, and a silent auction.

Your purchase of a ticket allows us to help cover costs of medical bills, counseling services, and other expenses for families and individuals impacted by reproductive issues, miscarriage, and infant loss.

Free Mental Health Services

Through the "Mac Initiative" we offer free therapy to those who have experienced miscarriage and/or infant loss.  Referrals are made directly through the OB department from Mayo or Mankato Clinic.  We're hoping to expand services in 2025.

Funeral Services/Planning

No one should be faced with planning a funeral for their child.  We're here to connect you with resources and accept applications for grants to help cover expenses.

Cash Grants

If you're struggling with medical bills directly related to infertility, miscarriage, or infant loss, we accept applications to help offset those costs.

Advocacy and Community Connections

Our communities are full of people who want to help. We work to help connect the people providing services with the people who need them.

There are always opportunities to help us raise awareness, contribute to the fundraising process, and/or donate time and services.

If you're interested in supporting our cause, we'd love to hear from you.

Pink & Blue Ribbon Foundation: The Beginning

On February 1st, 2018, Harrison Samuel Bock was born.

He lived for 11 hours.

When we went in for our routine doctor's appointment, hoping to find out if our baby was a boy or girl, we were asked to have a seat in the hospital lobby after the ultrasound.  We waited and waited ... I knew something was off.  When we were called back, the doctor explained that he saw markers for a chromosomal abnormality.  We were referred for genetic testing at the University of Minnesota and had an appointment the next day.

It was discovered that our baby boy had Trisomy 18 - a condition considered incompatible with life.  We were given a lot of information all at once, and faced with some decisions to make.

At 35 weeks we delivered our son.  We were so blessed to have a few precious hours with him before he passed in my arms.

The following moments, days, months, and years have been a continued journey of grief.  I've connected with incredible people with heartbreaking stories.  I've also connected with resources seeking to help provide and heal.

The Pink & Blue Ribbon Foundation was founded in 2020 with the hope of serving as the bridge between those grieving and those with resources to help.
